En Psychro (‘In Cold Blood’) were formed in the summer of 2011 in Cyprus as a D-Beat HC Punk band, out of a shared desire to express ourselves through the DIY movement.
Being aware of the difficulties and the contradictions which we would have to face, we consciously chose to reject the reasoning and practices of advertising, sponsors, ‘specialists’ and middle men.
Meanwhile, we want to assist in the creation of an independent scene, now that doubt for what is established is stronger than ever here in Cyprus.
So let’s organize the music ourselves..

Οι Εν Ψυχρώ δημιουργήθηκαν το καλοκαίρι του 2011 στη Κύπροως D-BeatHCPunkμπάντα, μέσα απ΄ την κοινή επιθυμία για έκφραση μέσω της DIY (DoItYourself) κατεύθυνσης.
Αναλογιζόμενοι τις δυσκολίες και τις αντιφάσεις που θα βρίσκαμε στο δρόμο μας, επιλέξαμε συνειδητά να απορρίψουμε λογικές και πρακτικές διαφημίσεων, σπόνσορων/χορηγών, «ειδικών» και διαμεσολαβητών.
Παράλληλα, θέλουμε να συμβάλουμε στη δημιουργία μιας ανεξάρτητης σκηνής,τώρα που η αμφισβήτηση για το υπάρχον είναι πιο δυνατή απο ποτέ στη Κύπρο.
